On Spiritual Adventures

I grew up the daughter of an airline pilot. What that means is that I had the best of both worlds–being raised on a farm in a small midwest town and also getting to travel the world from an early age. Then came my professional arts career that offered international touring. After that I had stints of working for significant chunks of time in England, France, and Italy. All this instilled in me an appreciation for this amazing global village of which we are a part. Travel helps expand our worldview and right-size our perception of our role in it and our responsibility to the whole. Spiritual practices come in many forms. Whether it is in your own home town or far away, activities done with intentionality will create "M-M-Good" (meaningful and memorable) moments that sustain our lives.

Recently I have begun to curate unique experiences for small groups of people in delicious places. There will be more of this in the future. I hope you'll have the chance to join me. Curated especially for women, my next Spiritual Adventure is a special pilgrimage experience to Ireland in September 2025.

My love of skiing culminated in a book about skiing and snowboarding (and snowshoeing) as a spiritual practice. If you, or someone you know, also feels the presence of the Spirit as you are "shushing" down a perfectly-groomed slope, this is a fun read! Read a preview HERE.
